1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the lovejii online gaming platform, including all related websites, mobile-optimised pages, applications, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by lovejii ("we", "us", "our", or "lovejii"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you ("you", "your", or "Member") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is entered into between you and lovejii and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

lovejii reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the lovejii Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling activities in the Philippines as governed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of lovejii, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the lovejii Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

lovejii reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balances held may be subject to forfeiture pending review, in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable anti-money laundering statutes.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the lovejii Platform, you are required to create a Member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Member account on the lovejii Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. lovejii employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification technology to detect and prevent duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without notice, and all balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines, lovejii is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account or bank account showing your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period requested by lovejii may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, mobile number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. lovejii is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lovejii account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• You must not share your account with family members, friends, or any other individual, regardless of their relationship to you.
• You must notify lovejii customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• lovejii strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings.

lovejii will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted from your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility unless lovejii's own systems have been demonstrably compromised.

5. Deposits & Payments

lovejii accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Instapay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at lovejii's discretion. All deposit amounts are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated by lovejii from time to time. Current minimum deposit requirements are displayed on the Deposit page within your account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your lovejii account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, or Instapay may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing schedules and applicable cut-off times.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

You agree that all funds deposited into your lovejii account are:

• Sourced legitimately and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity.
• Intended exclusively for gaming activity on the lovejii Platform.
• Your own funds — third-party funding of accounts is prohibited.

lovejii reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity.

6. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) and must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name.

6.1 Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. lovejii will not process withdrawals to accounts held in names other than the registered Member's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Processing Times

lovejii aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 1–4 hours of approval.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: Within 1–3 business days, subject to interbank processing schedules.
• Instapay: Within 24 hours of approval.
• VIP Members: Priority processing applies. Please refer to your VIP tier terms for applicable timeframes.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits & Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. lovejii does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., bank transfer fees) are the Member's responsibility. lovejii will communicate any applicable fees clearly prior to processing.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

lovejii reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, compliance reviews, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Members will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

lovejii offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to its Members from time to time. The acceptance of any bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that bonus, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases, the following general bonus terms apply:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; uncompleted bonuses expire automatically and are forfeited.

7.2 Game Contributions

Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion terms page.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lovejii actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, and misrepresentation of identity for promotional purposes. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited, their account reviewed, and may face permanent suspension from the Platform.

7.4 Modification of Promotions

lovejii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their participation honoured where reasonably practicable.

8. Acceptable Use

By using the lovejii Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected database or system.
• Introducing viruses, malware, bots, or any other harmful code into the Platform.
• Using automated software, scripts, or other tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in any game offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at lovejii staff or other Members.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any content from the Platform without prior written consent from lovejii.

Breach of the acceptable use provisions will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

Each game category available on the lovejii Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game category page. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and this Agreement, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay.

9.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic random-outcome games (including slots and virtual table games) on the lovejii Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within the game information panel.

9.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure affecting a game, lovejii reserves the right to void any bets affected and refund the corresponding stake to the affected Member's account balance. lovejii will not honour payouts that result demonstrably from a technical error. Decisions made by lovejii regarding technical malfunctions are final.

9.3 Disputed Outcomes

If you wish to dispute a game outcome, you must contact lovejii customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event occurring. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. lovejii's internal decision regarding disputed outcomes is final and binding, subject only to escalation through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process where applicable.

10. Responsible Gaming

lovejii is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. We recognise that while the vast majority of our Members enjoy gaming as entertainment, gambling can become problematic for some individuals. lovejii takes this responsibility seriously and provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Receive automated reminders of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your Member account dashboard. lovejii staff will never attempt to dissuade a Member from using these tools.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the lovejii Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of lovejii or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained on the Platform.

The lovejii name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of lovejii. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lovejii, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or account content.
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or maintenance periods.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, lovejii's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall lovejii's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits lovejii's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

lovejii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of this Agreement or for any other reason that lovejii deems appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Violation of any provision of the Acceptable Use terms in Section 8.
• Conduct that lovejii reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass required KYC or AML verification checks.
• Breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that does not comply with these terms) remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine law.

You may close your lovejii account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you may have to lovejii under this Agreement.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to lovejii's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. lovejii will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory body in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures. Where PAGCOR processes have been exhausted, parties may seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

lovejii reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Agreement will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, lovejii will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the lovejii Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
